This notice explains what personal data Omnia Platforms Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Omnia Platforms Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17236418, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC171134.

What we collect and why
If you subscribe to our insights
When you complete the subscription form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company and role.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Every message we send will also tell you how to unsubscribe. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent before you withdrew it.
If you email us
We will hold your message and contact details so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our business.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider records technical information about requests to the site, including IP address, approximate country, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to produce aggregate visitor statistics and to keep the site secure and available. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and protecting it from abuse.
We do not use tracking cookies. Our analytics are generated from server logs rather than from anything stored on your device, so there is no cookie banner and no advertising or profiling technology on this site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf under contract:

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, which include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
How long we keep it
- Subscription details — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and reviewed periodically so that we are not holding details for people who no longer wish to hear from us.
- Email correspondence — for as long as needed for the matter it relates to, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes.
- Website technical logs — for a short period only, generally no more than 90 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests
- withdraw your consent where we rely on consent
- receive your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email info@omniaplatforms.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you, or that similarly significantly affects you, in relation to this website.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will tell subscribers directly.
