What we collect and why

If you subscribe to our insights

When you complete the subscription form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company and role.

If you email us

We will hold your message and contact details so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our business.

When you visit the site

Our hosting provider records technical information about requests to the site, including IP address, approximate country, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to produce aggregate visitor statistics and to keep the site secure and available. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and protecting it from abuse.

We do not use tracking cookies. Our analytics are generated from server logs rather than from anything stored on your device, so there is no cookie banner and no advertising or profiling technology on this site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, which include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.
